Renovation of the Ratchasuda Building to create a combined teaching, learning, and dental service environment for the Faculty of Dentistry, Thammasat University. This project was completed while the building remained in continuous use — requiring careful phased construction planning and stringent dust and infection control measures.
The renovation transformed the existing structure into a modern dental facility with clinical treatment areas, teaching clinics, sterilization rooms, radiology facilities, academic classrooms, and faculty offices. The project required close collaboration with dental faculty staff to ensure ongoing patient services were maintained throughout construction.
